Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 24 hours, Monday–Saturday. After your order has been despatched, it may take another 1–3 working days to reach you in the UK; 5–10 days in Europe; or 10–14 days for international orders. However, this is only an estimate. Actual delivery times may vary.

We use Royal Mail’s Tracked delivery services whenever possible. UK delivery is free for all products. Shipping to Europe is £10.00; international shipping is £15.00.

For all European and international orders, please note that any customs duties, import taxes or associated fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receipt of the goods. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Additionally, please be aware that fragrances containing alcohol are often subject to higher import fees due to their classification under international shipping regulations.

To avoid any delays or problems with your delivery, please ensure the details you provide are accurate and complete. We cannot be responsible for delays or problems with delivery if the information you have provided is inaccurate or incomplete.
