Returns Policy

You can cancel your purchase at any time prior to your order being marked as despatched. A full refund will be issued within 2 working days, but it may take a few days for the funds to return to your account.

If you change your mind after the order has been despatched, you have 14 days to return the product to us from the time of receipt. The packaging must be unopened with any seals intact, and the product must be in resellable condition. You will be liable for the cost of return. We will send you out a return label and once we have received the item back and have inspected it, a full refund will be issued minus the cost of return.

If an error has been made on our part, such as sending you the wrong item, you must let us know within 3 days of the item being confirmed delivered in order to qualify for an exchange or refund.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products (for hygiene purposes) we are unable to issue any refunds once any seals have been broken.

All our products are carefully checked before they are despatched. If your order has arrived damaged, it's imperative that you let us know as soon as possible, or within 24 hours of receipt. If you contact us within this time, we will be more than happy to arrange a complete refund, either through ourselves or the courier, after carrying out a thorough investigation. Please contact us via the form on the "Contact us" page and we will guide you through the returns process. You may be requested to provide photographic evidence and to send your item(s) back to us. We will cross check any images you provide with those taken by the courier. If you do not contact us within 24 hours, we will not be able to issue a refund, and any damage will be classed as misuse by the customer. All seals must also be intact even if the packaging is damaged.
