Refunds & Returns Policy

At Azizun, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns Policy below.
Eligibility for returns
You can cancel your purchase at any time prior to your order being marked as despatched or processed. A full refund will be issued within 3 working days, but it may take a few days for the funds to return to your account.
If you change your mind after the order has been despatched, You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer a refund or exchange. If an error has been made on our part, such as sending you the wrong item, you must let us know within this time period (14 days), in order to qualify for an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used, due to health and hygiene reasons. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return. Please retain your purchase receipt until your return is finalised.
Non-returnable items
For health, hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Opened or used fragrances
- Damaged packaging or products not in their original condition
- Clearance or sale items
- European and international orders
Damaged item(s)
All our products are carefully checked before they are despatched. If your order has arrived damaged, it’s imperative that you let us know as soon as possible, or within 48 hours of receipt. If you contact us within this time, we will be more than happy to arrange a complete refund, either through ourselves or the courier, after carrying out a thorough investigation. Please email us at “sales(at)azizun(dot)com” and we will guide you through the returns process. You may be requested to provide photographic evidence and to send your item(s) back to us. We will cross check any images you provide with those taken by the courier. If you do not contact us within 48 hours, we will not be able to issue a refund, and any damage will be classed as misuse by the customer. All seals must also be intact even if the packaging is damaged.
Returns process
To initiate a return, please contact customer services at “sales(at)azizun(dot)com” with your order number and details about the product.
Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your product. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
